This is the privacy policy for PokerBest (pokerbest.com), the online poker service and the PokerBest application that signs you in with your email address, your Google account, or your Telegram account. It explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use, store and protect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, contact us and a person will answer.
Who we are
PokerBest operates the website at pokerbest.com and the PokerBest poker service. When this policy says “we”, “us” or “PokerBest”, it means the operator of that service. You can reach us at support@pokerbest.com.
Information we collect
Account information you give us
When you create an account with an email address, we collect that email address and a password. Passwords are handled by Google Firebase Authentication; we never see or store your password in readable form.
Information from Google, if you sign in with Google
When you choose “Continue with Google”, PokerBest requests the following Google user data through Google’s sign-in service, and nothing else:
- Your email address (the
emailscope) — used as the identifier for your PokerBest account and to send you account and service messages. - Your basic profile: name and profile picture (the
profileandopenidscopes) — used to display your name and picture inside your own PokerBest account.
How we access it: only at the moment you sign in, via Google’s OAuth sign-in flow. We do not read your Gmail, contacts, calendar, files, or any other Google service, and we do not request permission to.
How we use it: solely to create and identify your PokerBest account, to show your name and picture to you, and to contact you about your account. We do not use Google user data to build advertising profiles, we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to running your PokerBest account, and we never sell it.
How we store it: your email address, name and profile picture URL are stored in your PokerBest account record on Google Cloud infrastructure (Firebase), in encrypted form at rest and in transit, for as long as your account exists.
Whether we share it: we do not share Google user data with third parties, except with the service providers named below who operate the product itself (and only to the extent needed for that), or where the law requires. We do not transfer Google user data to advertisers, data brokers, or AI/ML model training of any kind.
PokerBest’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can review or revoke PokerBest’s access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Information from Telegram, if you sign in with Telegram
When you choose “Continue with Telegram”, Telegram shares your Telegram ID, display name, username, and profile photo. Telegram does not provide an email address, so unless you add one, Telegram is our only way to reach you.
Play and account activity
When you play, we and our poker platform provider process your gameplay (tables, tournaments, hands, results), your account balance, and your deposit and withdrawal requests, including the payment method you choose and the details needed to process that request.
Technical data and cookies
Like most sites, we receive standard technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and logs of requests to our servers. We use strictly necessary cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in and to protect the service against abuse. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
How we use information
- To create your account, sign you in, and run the games you join.
- To process deposits and withdrawals and keep accurate transaction records.
- To protect the service and its players: preventing fraud, collusion, abuse, and unauthorised access.
- To answer your messages and provide support.
- To meet legal and licensing obligations that apply to real-money gaming, including age verification (you must be 18 or older) and record-keeping.
- To send you service emails about your account. Marketing email is sent only where permitted and always with a way to opt out.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers who run the product — Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting), our poker platform provider (gameplay and wallet), our email delivery provider, and payment processors for the method you choose. Each receives only what it needs for its role and may not use it for anything else.
- Authorities, where the law requires it or where necessary to investigate fraud or protect players.
How long we keep information
We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account exists and afterwards for the period required by financial and gaming record-keeping obligations. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security and then deleted. Google user data is deleted when your account is deleted, except where a legal retention obligation applies to a specific record.
How we protect information
All traffic to PokerBest is encrypted in transit. Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure, encrypted at rest, with access limited to the small set of staff who operate the service, each with individually controlled permissions and audited actions.
Your rights and choices
- You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- You can ask us to correct information that is wrong.
- You can ask us to delete your account and personal information; we will do so except where gaming or financial regulations require us to retain specific records, and we will tell you what must be kept and for how long.
- You can revoke Google’s access from your Google account settings at any time.
- You can opt out of marketing at any time.

Age limit
PokerBest is strictly for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and accounts found to belong to minors are closed. See our Responsible Gambling page.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we will update it here and revise the date above. If a change affects how we use Google user data, we will notify signed-in players before it takes effect.
